When we started Five & Done over a decade ago, I had never been at the same company for more than 4 years; I had no idea what was involved with leading a company with consistent values and a consistent mythos; and I didn’t realize how much I would end up repeating myself as I got older.

I’m a firm believer that how you do one thing is how you do everything and it’s been important to me, since day one, that our clients get a consistently great experience when they partner with us.

To create that consistency, I’ve consistently shared (read: repeated) a growing set of stories, analogies, diatribes, and wannabe stand-up comedy routines to demonstrate the values that I hope we represent to our clients.

These “Devinisms” are not exactly earth shattering on their own, but pooled together they represent the values we apply to our work, our clients, and our company culture.
